Today and yesterday I had Jury duty. Oyeee, what a time that was. I got called in on one case but was dismissed and the rest of the time I sat in the jury waiting room listening for my name to be called.
But what I realized was that the construction of the new Yankee stadium is fully visible from the platform of the 4 train. I could not bring a camera with me to the court, so I could not take pictures yesterday or today, but I’m going back on a sunny day and start a photo time line of the construction. It is really a big project. The traffic is not terribly disrupted by the work but the parking certainly was. Can’t wait to get this project underway. Tomorrow they promise rain. I’ll take it one day at a time.
